Completed , finally, my W9R3 tonight. I ran on the treadmill , first time in the program, because I was worried about the slippery pavements ! Enjoyed it and it went well , although I do prefer to run outside . Treadmill is more boring and “sweaty” !

My distance was 4.8 k.

Now it's time for consolidation, keep running your 30 minute runs for a while and maybe even stretch out to 5k and you'll build some further strength in to your legs
