Can’t believe I did it! W9R3…..graduated 👩🏻‍🎓

After getting back from my holiday, I really struggled to get the motivation to do W9R3! Whilst on holiday I did W9R1 & 2 in a lovely gym overlooking a beautiful marina so the thought of going down into my cellar to get onto my 25 year old treadmill to complete C25K wasn’t very appealing but I knew I had to do it! I had come this far and I was determined not to fall at the last hurdle. This run was by far the hardest I had done, but I think I still have some jetlag. It feels great to have completed it!

The program is brilliant, and I never would have got this far without reading all the inspirational stories on this site. Going to get my graduation badge with pride! 👩🏻‍🎓

Really well done - what a difficult run after having a nice holiday. I'm sure jet lag would be in the legs so it's a fantastic achievement to have come back and nailed it!

All the best.
