Week 3 is finally over! Felt a lot better on today’s run - I had that extra bit of energy at the end that I haven’t had this week. My calves and knees are a bit sore now though so I think a day or two of rest will help.

Well done, you've cracked week three, and so your legs deserve a good rest. Glad you felt better on it. Before you know it you'll be loving it.

Well done...i started week 4 today...so much harder & thought there was no way i would do it without stopping...grit & determination was the name of the game.keep up the good work & good luck with wk 4

Take the extra rest day, it certainly won't hurt and if it keeps you refreshed then job done. Well done on getting this far through
