Well that’s week 3 complete and ahead of starting I was dubious I’d ever be able to run longer than a minute! So I’m holding onto that thought that I’ve managed three minutes when I worry about that increasing in week 4 👌
Now after some advice... so far I’ve been fortunate with pleasant weather but now as that goes downhill should I buy a jacket? Conscious I don’t want to get hot so should I just get wet? Or any recommendations on something with thin material. As it’s early days I don’t want to spend a fortune.

Great you've now completed wk3. As for ruining in the rain I just wear a long sleeve running top as I don't want a jacket as I heat up too much. There are light weight running jackets it just depends on you. Well done you 😊
I went and bought a lightweight, waterproof running jacket to keep me dry as the weather turns. My plan is that if it gets too hot I will just take it off, tie around my waist and just get wet!
I love running in the rain! It keeps me cool! I have a Karrimor lightweight running jacket, but I will only wear it once it starts to turn really cold and wet, as I get too hot in it.
I’ve enjoyed this morning’s run when a little cooler and drizzling, that’s why I’m conscious of buying something to make me feel hot. Thanks for feedback
👏Well done on completing W3 & so worthwhile getting a lightweight jacket. No need to worry about future runs. Each one you complete prepares you for the next challenge. You gain fitness & confidence each time. Embrace the new week, trust the program, get your jacket because believe me you are going all the way!! 😊🎈
