Just a quick update. Completed week 3 over the last few days, all early morning runs to stay out of the main heat, enjoyed them all! No niggles, no pain 😁Breathing is my biggest struggle but I'm sure that will come back with practice.
Really looking forward to next week.

Early bird, has the best of the day... Huge well done... !
Breathing.. well it is so easy to say, just do it, like you do all the time.. but it ain't always that easy.
If we have had illness issues, then that can impact... if we have allergies, hay fever etc, poor air quality that can impact... and if we have simply got out of the habit of running for while, what should come naturally, may not happen.
Loads of tips and loads of chatter and posts about this ... and this post is still very worth a read...
And, as seems to be the conclusion on so many discussions we have had, we do, as this linked post says, have to try and keep it simple... and do it OUR way
🍏🙌🤩🥳Adding my congratulations Well done! I also had the “breathing” issue until I decided not to bother with doing it the right way, not to even think about it! Now I just run and enjoy where I am, what I can see, feel, hear etc listening to music or a podcast takes my mind off breathing! SLOW running is perfect as you breathe normally 🤣
oooo..early mornings are my favourite..when it feels like the world is still asleep..and how lucky you are to be up and out when the birds are just warming up their tunes
Well done, you're doing great. Agree early is the best in this heat, Plan to head out early tomorrow as well. Slow and steady, breathing will get easier
