Well I've done it, at one point didn't think I would 😊 Had to strap my left knee as it had been hurting since r2. Got two day rest now before starting w4 hope my knee is better for then as it's very painful this morning. If not should I rest a bit longer or strap it up and see how it goes ?

Well done... but don't run thro' pain, ever... strapping it up is not the answer at this early stage.......exercise that knee..

Try when you head out to land very lightly... I call it kissing the ground with your feet...
If you are feeling pain still, then get it checked out, by a Sports Physio.

Strengthen bum muscles and do squats for leg muscles. These helped strengthen round my knee and discomfort went.
