Completed Week 3 this week- mostly nice runs, a little more tricky today as did my hillier route as I've been doing at the end of the week just to make the week get gradually more challenging too. Week 4 looks like quite a jump up in terms of running time, hoping I will make it after my rest day!

Me too! I know what you mean about hills - oh to live somewhere flat! As the runs get longer it is increasingly difficult for me to find any route that doesn't involve quite a lot of uphill running. At the moment the only way I can cope is by slowing down so much that I feel like I am almost running on the spot :0. But the upside is that running on the flat is a breeze...so far! Good luck for week 4 - we can do it!!

Boy was I anxious about this one. I finished my warm up and off I plodded. Slightly slower pace but...
