Graduated!

I would never have believed 9 weeks ago that I would be able to run for 30 minutes but today I did my 5th 30 minute run. I am going to continue running every other day or at least three times a week as I now need to run 5k which is going to take a while if at all to achieve. I also need to increase my speed but at my age that could be difficult. To anyone who doubts themselves, don't, as this is a brilliant programme to follow. Good luck everyone.
