Week 3 done & dusted ๐Ÿ˜Š

Well...run 3 of week 3 done today ๐Ÿ˜Š i can't quite believe that i have got this far!!!looking at week seems impossible!!!not quite sure how i am going to manage it but i have said that every week until now so i guess i just have to keep the faith & go for it!!!any tips on the jump between wk 3 to wk 4?xx

Just take each run as it comes. Each week is hard, but your body is getting the correct training and preparation. Keep it slow and steady, don't clock watch and you will be fine.

You build towards each run in this programme. Slow and steady and rest day in between and you will be fine

Ive finishd week 4 and can report that my apprehensions were unfounded. You will be fine ๐Ÿ˜Š
