Did run 3 when I got home from work, knee still feeling fine :)

A bit apprehensive about the week 4 runs now! Paths are starting to get quite muddy too and the trainers I'm using have zero grip :( off to Decathlon tomorrow to get some new ones suitable for non-tarmac/mixed surface.

Thanks. Luckily the really slippy bits coincided with the walking sections! and others I could run around as I saw them coming :)

I changed my route recently because of the mud/slip factor of the canal tow path. I'd like to get back to going along the canal at some point (although my current route has some inclines on it which is an interesting challenge in itself!), but with my current trainers that's absolutely not happening, may give it a quick go with whatever I pick up tomorrow.
