Went out for w7r3 this morning...cold, very cold and a strong wind in my face. Nearly gave up part way through my walk up walk. I live near the coast so I knew my route was going to get worse before I headed back but decided I couldn't face going home without at least trying. So head down against the gale I started runnng and before I knew I'd turned the corner and was out of it. Then oh no my carefully positioned selotape have up and blew off into my hair. Ah, one of those that thankfully doesn't come around often. Everyone has a similar story to tell, mine was about pirouetting around ice patches which nearly ruined the run. Oh well. I always say that the weather has got nothing against us, instead it's us fighting the weather and its beauties.

Top job for holding on! It's another test, you have passed and got out stronger! :)

What determination against the elements, the dark and the errant ear phones - huge well done. πŸ˜ƒ

"The lost dog run"( made me chuckle) probably never to be forgotten - and to be proud of. πŸ˜€

That is so good and funny at the same time... missing dog story... well done for going out there. I never knew Sellotape was a runner essential...
