I can’t believe I did it!! All weekend I’ve been dreading it and thinking I’d never manage the 5 mins runs.... the last 30 secs of the last 5 mins was hard but I finished. I do my runs on a treadmill so slowed down from 7kmh to 6.5kmh which I feel helped. I’m over the moon 😆

Well done! You are nearly half way through the course! If you found slowing it down worked for you then try to slow down even more if you struggle, and always slow down when you think you need to stop!

So you should be over the moon , it's amazing what we can achieve . Well done you 😊😊

You have got this under control CJM. I used to fret about the next week on C25k, but the answer is always the same; slow down and just keep running for the allotted time; job done 😊

Well done, my pace was slower for this week , w4r1 . 2.7 miles ran in total. My route is relatively flat for the running parts. I'm not sure I'd be able to run on a treadmill lol

It’s funny cos I’m wondering the same about running outdoors! It’s great having people who r at the same stage on here for a bit of support though

Well done. The plan works doesnt it?

It's not just the run either, it's the great feeling of a relatively quick recovery too (compared to wk1 r1). Really well done

well done you did it, nothing to dread the more sucesses you get each run the stronger your self belief that you can do it

best advice I was given on here was keep pace slow n steady, give your legs chance to develop into running legs , snails rule🐌😊🏃‍♂️

Very well done, you are doing brilliantly! 😄

Don’t waste your energy dreading the running- the program is amazing & works. 😄 I find it helpful to keep the pace down by running within my ability . - That feels like “I could choose to go faster but I’m not! “😉
