Who need running gods if we have running family :)

You gave me wings!

*** Strong word are used further, please be aware and keep children from away from the screen***

I put W6R2 workout (10 min run - 3 min walk - 10 min run) with coldblooded souless Mr Robot, but with My Power Up Pump It Up Music (with some motivational rap, surprisingly I like this soundtrack).

So...

I did not do it, I did not jog it, I did not smash it - I totally and completely DESTROIED it!!! :D

I started too fast as I was freezing, bit managed with quite fast pace for good couple of minutes (maybe 5?), then I slowed down to standard "slow and steady". When Mr Robot told me to walk, I responded "Screw You" (sorry for bad language) and I continue to jog. I shouted I am not afraid of long continuous run and I am ready for it. Just watch me! If I wouldnhave it, I would say "Hold my beer" ;)

After a while I turned around heading home. I felt these wings, and I increase my speed to something that could be called Running, not only jogging or shuffling (which are my usual pace of choice), few minutes passed and I speed up even more. When Mr Robot told me that 1 minute left, I probably broke a sound barrier (almost :P). I felt people looking after me when I just passed them leaving just wind behind me. I felt I could run for hours, well my lungs started to pump a lot, sweat started to run on my face, glasses was getting foggy, but my legs were flying. When the time was done, I jumped, punhed the air, did the Rocky walk with hands in the air, sing a little, dance a little. I finished 5 min cool down to realize that for the first time I am perfectly in front of my door for stretch :)

THANK YOU MY RUNNING FAMILY!!!

Gremlins in pani didn't even show up and my run probably left them far behind.

Now it's time to finish stretching, eat something, and I will probably go for a Victory Bath :)

I believe I can fly!

I can move the mountains!

I can do whatever I put my will to it!

I can concuire the world!

I can concuire Universe!

There are no limits!!!

You are the best!!!

Kisses :*

Indeed, I still feel amazing! Not only from smashing the run, but also from having so many friends in here, my beloved supportive family, who always knows how to raise me above :)

It's just AMAZING! My English vocab is too poor to express my emotions. I feel loved, I feel supported, I don't feel alone. They / You are UNIQUE!

Your english vocab is brilliant Iga😀

I think there is no language that could express what I felt at that moment :P all of them lack of vocab for such emotional / spiritual experience ;)

Whoohoo 🎉🎉🎉!!!! You not only did it, you smashed it to smithereens! Singing, dancing, Punching the air....I love it. I've been known to do the same thing while running 😄. I'm so glad you were able to make it happen today....now to book your next running appointment 😉

I've put on the calendar for Friday 6.30pm (although it may slip for 7pm), this time the titles says "Run to feel happy :)"

Sounds like a perfect title! I managed to get my run in today as well - was a 9k so is posted over on the bridge to 10k forum. I'm not sure if my next one will be Friday or Saturday since my son has a Remebrance Day ceremony Friday morning and a dentist appointment Friday afternoon but I will be thinking of you running Friday and will hopefully be able to "join" you 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

I planned my run after work, chiropractor visit, and after walking my crazy dog ;) So the time depends mostly how long they will take. If you;re going on Saturday my thoughts will be with you. If you manage to go on Friday, then I will be running next to you ;)

I would say that I ran with you but I think you had finished before I had even started! Well done - enjoy that feeling. I can’t be with you Friday as my next run is Saturday morning but I will be willing you along.

Really pleased you had such a good run IgaT :)

So we'll see you at 6pm ish tomorrow then.........

Thank you for the mention. I feel bad that I’ve only just seen it. But it was a fantastic run.

I’ve been a bit quiet this week as life has been rather hectic, but I hope you’ve had a couple more good runs since then. 🤓

My life was hectic as well, so no runs since then. Tomorrow 5.30pm is my booked time for 30min of happy running ;)
