W6R2 (again and again) - yesterday

I must have dreamt that I posted my yesterday's run. I've checked today and... yeap... it must have been a dream. So here it goes:

My yesterday's run was. And that what mostly I can write. It was better than Monday's W6R2, so I am happy to say that I am moving forward with programme to continuous 25 min run :) Keep your fingers crossed for my next run (probably tomorrow - Friday).

I managed to do in total 2.6 miles (4.24km), so not very far from 5k :) and it was 2x 10 min, so my pace was quite decent (average pace: 8:16 min/km = 13:18 min/mi). I was running again with Mr Robot supported by my pump it up music :)

Well done !

Just forget the 5 K and run, because you can and because it is meant to be an enjoyable journey!

I am not thinking about 5K. I saw it after the run and I was happy that I was pretty close.

I just had one of those neutral (not bad) runs, kind of emotionless (the first in my running life). It was wierd for me. But hey ho, tomorrow is another run, possibility to enjoy the world through sweaty eyes on volcano red face ;)

Should people smile so much in the morning before they wake up properly? :P

I need to charge my motivation battery for today's afternoon run, and prey for less gloomy weather ;)
