Wow, I was amazed at how comfortable this felt tonight and I didn’t care I was dressed up like a Christmas Tree with my flashing arm and trainer lights! I was worried about this run and the next one ...20 mins straight.
If I can do this one with my Asthma in the dark then I can do the next one!
I ONLY BlOOMIN’ DID IT!!!!! Wahoooo!

Many of us worry about that one. For your body it isn't very different to today's run - but it seems very different in your head! The program works, it has you already for those 20 minutes. Go slow and steady and you will be fine. Let us know how you get on so we can yaaay for you! 😄
Ha ha will do trying to decide whether to go out Friday night and do the same route as today in the dark or do it first thing Saturday morning when it’s light but it’s colder-affecting my asthma more
I did those 20 minutes in the dark on a Friday night. That way I felt nobody could see me and I ran slowly as I wanted to without worrying about what I looked like - it was fine.
Just beware houses with motion sensor lights! At one point I found myself horribly spot lit! It made me scuttle fast until I was safely back in the dark!😂
