Bless you. I really hope it starts to feel better soon. Is it a water on the knee type thing? Iv been getting a pull in my groin every time I run and on the day it’s sore and then feels better but I’m taking a week break because of it x

Oh that must feel so disappointing, but please try and stay positive, and don't let those gremlin negative thoughts get in the way of your knee's healing! Hope your body will heal soon !

Thanx Jan-52

Hi Mo-Mar, I really hope you recover soon. Having graduated only yesterday, I have quite bad knee pain, so having a few days rest before attempting some shorter runs. Mine is apparently pes anserine bursitis according to my doctor... all the best!

You will get there soon! Trust me, it will feel better if you aren't running on an injury, you'll run better, and won't then feel like you crawled past the finish line... just!
