Wk4 R3 easiest of this week?

Did wk4 r3 tonight and, although hard, it was the easiest (felt best) of all three runs in wk4. Am I getting better? Losing weight?

Hi pmorley. I completed wk4r3 today as well. Run 3 definitely felt like the best so far for me too, so we must be getting better at it. Don’t think I’ve lost any weight though! Good luck in wk5

You are building up to this every run and week 5 will be the next step (or a few thousand)!

You may not necessarily see a lot of weight loss but as fat turns to muscle you will notice a change in body shape. My hubby keeps complaining that I've lost 50% of my bum, but I'm happy as there was plenty to loose! 😂😂

Both I’d say!!

It’s such a great plan, it’s amazing how much you improve and how quickly it happens.

Don’t forget everyone has good and bad runs so if you have a bad one one day it’s just a one off. Keep going!

I just completed this run and I found it harder than the other 2 runs this week and they were both killers. Sure don't feel able to progress to week 5. :(

You have to say you will do it. Only you can stop you getting this completed

Don’t expect miracles in four weeks

You have to be persistent, eat healthily and do other exercise on non run days to see the scales shift

Shift they will if you keep moving. I literally ran my butt off 😃

Repeat week 4 if you don't feel ready, I've just done this. I was scared of week 5 run 3 so I repeated week 4 and increased the second 5 minute run. The first time to 6.40, the second to 9 minutes and the last I went for it and did 15 minutes! I am so ready for week 5 now and am going to kick that 20 minute run's ass!
