I've just logged onto health unlocked and it's so good to find others going through C25K ๐
I can't believe I've managed to complete Wk4 and really excited now about starting Wk5. It was a real step up this week and R1 was particularly tough but tonight as I ran my last 5 minutes I had a big cheesy grin on my face and was desperate to shout out 'YES'

You're doing really well! I remember what it was like steeling myself to do those first little 60-second runs, then getting a few weeks in and being astonished at how far the programme takes you!
Best of luck with the rest of the programme - let us know how it is going
Welcome to the C25K forum Melo_smiles . It's a great place to be when you are doing the programme with lots of hints, help, advice and guidance. The administrator Oldfloss and mentor IannodaTruffe are full of excellent help and comments to get you through and many of us wouldn't have completed the programme with out the help of them and the many other members of this fabulous virtual running family.
Week 5 Run 1 is a challenging one, but that feeling you get once you've completed it is priceless. Wear that big cheesy grin with pride and let us know how you get on with the next run.
I am one behind you and definitely agree that R1 of this week was hard - I did run 2 today and it felt better (and Strava said I got some PBโs!) good luck with week 5 - will be right behind you ๐
