Ditto what those two have said. Look how far you have come - bet you never imagined that in W1. W5 is the best - honestly- you will totally smash it. Everything you have done so far prepares you for it. This programme really does work. You got this. Gods luck & keep us posted.

I soon learned never to look at the next week or run. I just went out with Laura’s voice and got a shock 3 times a week! 😂 At least that way I never worried- although I did exclaim “What??!!” to Laura on a couple of occasions and got strange looks from nearby pedestrians!😄
