Wk3 done - onto Wk4

Finished R3 despite the heat - took water with me which helped. Onto Wk4 on Monday - looks like a big ramp up from this week! Any tips?

Just the usual. Take it slow. It's all about time. Pace and distance is unimportant until after you graduate. Good luck and enjoy your running

I was very daunted by W4! But just know everything you’ve done until this point has prepared you for it, and you definitely can do it as long as you take it slow and pace yourself! Good luck!

Read what's next but don't dwell on it for as said you've done the prep work. Always remember if any run doesn't go as hoped, so what, you can always try again.
