So, there’s a lane near us that’s fairly straight and flat and elevated. The views are amazing- Exmoor to the north, Dartmoor to the south. Tonight, it was bathed in moonlight as I was driving home from Zumba. So I parked up, changed into my running shoes, hi-viz run jacket etc and off I went. No torch required (I do carry one). Apart from the first few minutes struggling to convince my body that running after an energetic Zumba session was a good idea, I really enjoyed it- silence, stars, lights from distant villages miles away on either side turned round at 12.5mins to return to the car, felt OK so pushed my pace on and got back a full minute ahead of schedule! Yikes!

Running in the dark is quite an experience, isn't it? And your view sounds wonderful. Well done!
