So as you read from my previous post, I rolled my right foot at work last week Tuesday. It didn't really hurt at the time but 24hrs later I was struggling to walk and in agony. Spent all day Thursday resting up and praying it would heal up quickly as I had a weekend full of nightshifts to get through.
Anyway fast forward to Friday evening. I was sitting down and gently trying to move my foot left to right, up and down, round and round, and then I heard a snap noise.
Just like that my foot stop hurting.
I put a pain patch on it anyway for my nightshift on Friday but it was fine.
During my nightshift on Saturday it was niggling me alittle bit but no where near the pain I was experiencing on Wednesday or Thursday.
So far today it feels ok. Pain has now travelled to my sinuses now. If it's not one thing it's the next. Suffered with my sinuses for almost 20 yrs now and so it's something I'm almost used to living with.
Fingers crossed though I'll be back out trotting on that playing field either later on today or tomorrow. More than likely tomorrow morning as I'm still recovering from my weekend at work.
Thanks for all your messages of concern. It's more than appreciated.
And thank you to the man above for fixing my foot asap so I can get running again. 😄
