Noticed my foot starting to hurt a bit after run 2 on Tuesday (today is Thursday) next run Friday (tomorrow) ... not sure what I’ve done to my foot ... going to attempt run 3 of week 7 tomorrow ... if my foot is sore and I need to have a break do I start the program again when I return or do I go back a couple weeks? My foot might be strained 🙄🤦🏼♀️😭😢

You won’t lose significant fitness for a couple of weeks. - No worries, glitches happen to us all. 😄
Rest & let your foot recover & then try a gentle trot & listen to your foot - it will definitely tell you how it is feeling! If it is sore, stop. If it is okay it will tell you how long it is okay for (upto maximum of W7R3) - then you can judge a good place to pick up from.
Update: went for my Wk7 R3 after my sore foot managed it at a slightly slower pace no real issues feeling good! Thanks for all the tips and advice guys! 🙌🏼❤️ roll on week 8 🎉🥳
