Hurt my foot....

So disappointed right now. I rolled my right foot at work on Tuesday evening, didn't really hurt at the time but from last night my foot has been hurting me. Finding it hard enough to walk never mind run. So Week 6 is going to have to wait sad to say. Really hoping my foot heals up quickly. 😔

Really rest up... and just gently move it, to stop stiffening:) The run will be there:) And you will be fine:)

Oh no :( I'm not a medical expert, but sounds like you should probably give it a rest, hopefully won't take long to heal, and you'll be back out there before you know it!

Sorry to see that, from what you say hope it's not too bad and heals up nicely soon, rest should do it, plenty of it, if you can, at least try and keep weight off for a while. When it's better try to strengthen ankles..

Oh sympathy coming your way. Rest and look after yourself- the next run has good manners- it will politely wait for you!

Oh no. Poor you. Rest up and get completely better before you run again. It can be very frustrating on the IC but no point in making matters worse by pushing it and getting back out there until you're 100%. Wishing you a speedy recovery x

Oh no donna that's such a shame you where doing so well .make sure you rest up properly & you will be bk out before you know it 😔

I am soo annoyed. All I did was turn round at work to open back a door that had shut behind me so the person behind me could come in and my right foot just rolled outwards.

This happened to me earlier this year and it took weeks to stop hurting me. Being on my feet 24/7 while at work doesn't help either but unfortunately I can't take any time off.

If it's not one thing it's the other right now but I haven't given up. Just as soon as I can bare my weight on my right foot again properly and it doesn't hurt, I'll be back out here to tackle week 6. Sooner rather than later I hope.
