Repeat rerun

Hello all,

I've been feeling quite under the weather this weekend since my second run of week 5 on Friday. Still not 100% and missed my run this morning due to an early work meeting. So I've decided to start week 5 over instead of attempting to launch into the 20 minute run. Will be back out tomorrow morning. Trying not to feel disheartened of course.

Don’t feel disheartened. Just do your week 5 when you are ready for it. Don’t worry, you can do it!

No reason to be disheartened at all! It is show you have the attitude and determination to WANT to be out there doing it. This will just build up the strength a bit more after feeling less than 100%.

Due to man flu I havent been out for a week so know exactly how you feel. Am going to try for just a light run now at lunch. So dont be down about it. Be glad and happy you are sticking with it!

Thank you everyone. I almost considered hiding from here a while out of shame, but I'm glad I posted instead. Things have not been easy lately.

No hiding nor shame ever necessary here, we're here to help and encourage you, not to make you feel worse! You've made up your mind on your new plan, so you have commitment and that's a great thing. Hope tomorrow goes well for you.
