I tried to do week 5 run 3 this morning and only managed 10 mins. Am I better off repeating the run I couldn't do or restarting the whole week?

If it were me, I'd keep doing W5 R3 again and then if you are struggling make sure you do 12, then 14 on the next day, then 18 or whatever, as you will be building up leg strength. I think its the continuous running aspect that you gotta break. Everyone's different though.
I would say do it again but much slower... what caused you to stop?
Don't agonize, just follow the programme, which says repeat the run, and when you complete it, move on.

Most of us if not all of us have been there, I have! Redo the run, you'll crack it! Nice and slow, you have no pain, so push through the gremlins. The mind thing gets easier as you go on with the running, the thing is to not believe in what the pesky gremlins say, ignore them, they are just little liars!😊
Just repeat the run. I had to redo that one as well, you'll be okay next time.
