Repeat or go on to W5?

Just getting ready for my run and need advice. I found the Week 4 runs tough (the last 2 particularly, which I did in the evening after a day’s work) and wondering if I should strike on with Week 5 this lovely sunny morning or do one more W4 run. I think I’m leaning towards a yes to striking on....Any thoughts?

Most will tell you that, even if you found them tough, if you completed the runs move on. No need to repeat. It’s all part of the journey transitions. Good luck!

I’d say definitely move on. They weren’t too tough that you didn’t manage them. 🙂

Push on - what’s the worst that can happen 😊

Just back and all went ok! The transition from Wk 4 to Wk 5 R 1 is actually very smooth and not too steep. So glad I followed the advice! Thanks to all for your support. 😊

Move forward.... if you don't complete w5r1, repeat that, would be my advice... (it makes you slightly more determined to get through that run, I think).

Not read on yet, but hope you did and smashed it! ✊
