Morning all what a start to the week w8 r1 ,started my run all fresh after 2 day rest after 1 minute feel over flat on my knees bang ๐Ÿ’ฅ tripped over drain cover great so got up knees stinging carried on with my run . Next disaster couldn't get my breathing right at all even though I was as slow as a snail ๐ŸŒ settled a bit after 20 mins but still not right . Then once 28 mins over thank god , I went all light headed so there you go DISASTER

"From the ashes of disaster, grow the roses of success?"

You did it.. despite the fall...ouch... and the stingy knees...just keep breathing... that is all it takes.. keep it slow and steady at all times.. bathe the knees ...pat yourself on the back... and

Sounds to me more like sheer determination and absolute success. Whilst things seemed to conspire against you - you dug deep and got through. Well done. The gremlins will need to try a different trick to get you! Just keep running and believe in yourself - he gremlins will eventually give up!
