Week 5 run 3 - wow I did it , being absolutely honest I didn’t think I could do it !, 5 weeks ago I couldn’t run for a minute without thinking I was going to collapse, this is the best exercise program I’ve ever done . Week 6 bring it on as I’m actually starting to love running:

This is great to hear Kevin4. I've just finished week 2 this morning and genuinely feel like I've reached my limit already 😂 but I'm determined. Keep going.
