Week 5 Run 3 ....done!

Yayyy 😀 I did it .... I ran for 20 mins! The head gremlins were trying their very best to unnerve me during my 5 min warm up walk but I went out determined I was going to do this and did!! I even found I ran with relative ease in places although some of it probably didn’t look too pretty! Good luck to everyone today and remember if you put your mind to it you can and will achieve anything. 😀

I know what you mean about gremlins. I had to keep psyching myself up and Sarah Millican was great, telling me I could do it and I did!! Glad you’re doing well. We can do this. Week 6 on Tuesday.
