I did it! I'm so chuffing chuffed with myself! Who would have thought 6 weeks ago I could run for 20 mins without stopping? Not me! I couldn't even complete week 1 run 1,2 or 3, I had to redo the week, even 30 seconds defeated me. Anyone who may be doubting this program, or their body, don't! You can do it and you will do it πͺ It wasn't fast, and it probably wasn't pretty, but I did it and (whispers) bizarrely enjoyed it. My hubby came with me for moral support, which was just as well as my rural route meant I had no signal, so no music or Laura (thank goodness for a phone stopwatch), but it was pleasant and sunny and now I can't wait for week 6 π

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs.
Can you not at least get the C25K app with Laura off line? Even with Mapmyrun I don't need to put the Mobil 4G data on like I have to with Spotify.
It was a different route in small Norfolk village so I didn't know I'd have no signal till we got there lol. My normal routes in the next town over are fine signal wise π
