I had been dreading the big 20 min run so had put it off for a couple of days....
I was at the gym, doing my stuff, and before i knew it Michael told me i just had 5 mins left..... I just KNEW I was going to do it, and suddenly got all emosh and had to fight back the tears on the treadmill!! I'm gonna do it..I'm gonna do it....and I DID IT!!!
It was SOO much easier than I thought, so please don't anyone dread it like I did! Your training really does get you ready for it! just believe in yourself and get some good tunes on and keep on running ...before you know it you will smash 20mins!!! totally buzzin now
