Yesterday did it in rain and felt soooo chuffed with myself.when I look back to wk 1 I really cannot believe it's me ,a64 yr old totally averse to physical activity. I seem to have found a rhythms and sorted out the breathing almost naturally. Really looking forward to wk 6.

Well done that run is a hard one, mentally more so I think! You did you should be proud, its a great feeling. What is great is this programme works for so many people of all shapes and sizes. Moving on to week six is great because you know it's not long know to graduation and you fully committed now. It's around this time you are at risk developing an obsession. Just thought I would warn you
I always try to comment on W5R3 success. I remember very well the feeling when I was about 3 minutes from the end of mine and I thought "I've got you now" (there was an expletive in there too, but I'll leave that out). Anyhow, you will carry that feeling and the confidence it brings with it with you as you go forward.
