Woohooo! Well done! I did this yesterday, much to my surprise! I won't win points for style and grace yet hehe but I kept going.

Well done.. I remember writing a post about grace, speed and style in my Graduation year.. I had none of any of them!!

Slow and steady is the way as you move on.

You are doing brilliantly...just move onto next week, knowing you are ready for it. It is a week with slightly different disciplines, but, your body is ready..just take it gently :)

Well done 👍🏻 I’ve got my 20 minute run later today. Fingers crossed it goes as well as yours. I don’t think I will win any awards for style for a while yet either.

Hang onto that belief. You have reached a significant milestone, so be proud.

Take care with W6R1, it is trickier than it looks.

Keep running, keep smiling.
