Woke this morning feeling tired & lethargic & thought il maybe leave my run till tomorrow but after reading all the posts, which i tend to do each morning, il get myself of the chair & it just might energise me😊! Walked a bit more than the 5min warm up just to get to my favourite running place but i think it helped warm me up more! I was a but nervous of w5r1 but i was chuffed to finish it! Last 2.5mins hardest so it was every positive thought I could think of!! Slow and slower still, you can do this!! Counting steps but it worked.. made it!! Then carried on walk/wee bit running 😂to get to my 5k & it was a bit quicker than last Sunday as im trying to keep my Sundays for going 5km even if most is walking! I must admit i felt so much better after my run it so lifts your mood! So i must try & remember that when i feel like missing a run! 😊its everyone on here that’s keeping me going so big thank you!!
