Good news there has been a bit of a thaw here. so after a walk with the dogs for a pitch inspection we decided it was safe to run. wasn't too worried about this one as we were managing 5 minutes last week. second 5 minutes were hardest as it's slightly uphill. feeling great that we managed this having gone from feeling like we were going to collapse after one minute running in week one. think run 2 should be OK. but run 3 eeek 20 minutes solid running. realised today that I run with my thumbs up so maybe that's why I'm staying so positive. Happy running everyone, have a good weekend x

Yeay.. well done you! Out there braving the elements!
You are ready for the runs... and you will do them
I'm sure you will get through run 2 and run 3. I was really surprised at Week5 run 3 how I seemed to be ready for it. Try to go at it with a positive can-do attitude and you may well surprise yourself too! Good luck, and keep those thumbs up!
