To those of you thinking I will never be able to do this, I can't run. That's what I thought at the start 8 or so weeks ago. Today's 28/29 min run was probably one of my best ever. 4km running was aimed for and achieved, plus about 400m each way warm up and cool down. Four runs left, and the 5k goal is looking as being gained.

Well done you... take it steady, don't push yourself too hard.. and enjoy these last few runs:)

This is where you running legs can take you on, almost on their own... find your happy pace and really embrace the last runs to the podium:)
