That has got to have been my best run yet! Smashed all my PBs and felt like I still had some (not loads!) left in the tank! Absolutely delighted.

I ran just before lunch - still got a bit of a stitch; I find running on anything other than an early morning empty stomach gives me a stitch, any tips?

Can’t wait for Sunday now anyway 🙌 feel very much like I’m on the home straight 😀

As regards getting a stitch, maybe you’re not leaving enough time between your last meal and your run? Or could you reduce the amount you eat, and eat properly afterwards? I can only manage a bite of banana before I run. I don’t like having a totally empty stomach. One more thing - are you hydrating adequately?

It’s usually hydration or a full stomach... sounds like it could be the change of time and lack of emptiness?

enough to run at 10kph. I had the treadmill on 9.0kph after a five min warm up and stopped running...

but I could have kept running. Crazy to think that 7 weeks ago I could barely run for 5 minutes.

when I got home though, there was some serious clashing going on with my florescent yellow running...
