That has got to have been my best run yet! Smashed all my PBs and felt like I still had some (not loads!) left in the tank! Absolutely delighted.
I ran just before lunch - still got a bit of a stitch; I find running on anything other than an early morning empty stomach gives me a stitch, any tips?
Can’t wait for Sunday now anyway 🙌 feel very much like I’m on the home straight 😀

As regards getting a stitch, maybe you’re not leaving enough time between your last meal and your run? Or could you reduce the amount you eat, and eat properly afterwards? I can only manage a bite of banana before I run. I don’t like having a totally empty stomach. One more thing - are you hydrating adequately?
