That has got to have been my best run yet! Smashed all my PBs and felt like I still had some (not loads!) left in the tank! Absolutely delighted.
I ran just before lunch - still got a bit of a stitch; I find running on anything other than an early morning empty stomach gives me a stitch, any tips?
