And it was a good one for once. The tight calves didn't last as long (they were a bit better last time too) and I felt stronger. Truth be told I ran 20 seconds extra as I just wanted to get to the end of my song and didn't realise I'd gone over a bit (I'd covered up the treadmill time with a towel, the gremlins live in the treadmill clock...).
So after a few horrid runs which might have had me questioning my sanity had I not abandoned sanity a long time ago, I get the good one that keeps me going. The rollercoaster of running is off again.
