Well I did it! Left Leo to play footie with his dad and off I jogged on my own! It's unbelievable! Can't believe I did 8 minutes x2!!! However it certainly steps up on run 3 doesn't it!!!!!!

Well done! And don't fear W5R3, just take it slowly. I think almost everyone approaches it with a certain level of apprehension but the feeling when you've cracked it is just golden.

Well done.

You did it because the plan has guided you and your amazing body has responded to the effort that you put in.

But you ran for sixteen minutes, with a five minute walk in between runs. That total is longer than you need to run in W5R3.

It steps up but so will you never fear

It seems a lot of us fear the dreaded W5R3, I know I did! But I managed it and I'm sure you will too😁
