You were all right! It’s magic!

I did it.

I don’t know how but I did 2.63 km in 20 minutes. On Jan 6th I couldn’t run for one minute without giving up! Wowsers!!! 😊

That's awesome. Well done. Soon, you'll be graduating :) Sadly, I'm laid up again. Same problem :( I've got physio on Friday but normally, one's looking at 4- 6 weeks recovery. Looks like I'll have to start again, but I am determined to see it through, further injuries permitting, haha.

Good luck with W6. I'll be watching you!!

Oh that’s such a shame! But I picked you out to be my running buddy so I’ll be watching you too!!!!

Good luck with the physio. At least the weather will be a bit better when you re-start. 👍🏼

Injury aside, we would have been more or less at the same point. I'll see what the physio says but worse case, I'm looking at the end of April as I have a two-week holiday before then. No point restarting before as I'd rather have an uninterrupted 9 weeks. Keep on watching!!

Yes it’s best to have 9 weeks uninterrupted. Though I’ll be in Norway for week 7 I think so I guess I’ll just have to find a fjord to run round...! 😂

Yes, I’ve had a sneaky peek at it and it seems easier than today’s but I’ve heard it’s not so!
