You were all right! It’s magic!
I did it.
I don’t know how but I did 2.63 km in 20 minutes. On Jan 6th I couldn’t run for one minute without giving up! Wowsers!!! 😊

That's awesome. Well done. Soon, you'll be graduating Sadly, I'm laid up again. Same problem I've got physio on Friday but normally, one's looking at 4- 6 weeks recovery. Looks like I'll have to start again, but I am determined to see it through, further injuries permitting, haha.
Good luck with W6. I'll be watching you!!
Oh that’s such a shame! But I picked you out to be my running buddy so I’ll be watching you too!!!!
Good luck with the physio. At least the weather will be a bit better when you re-start. 👍🏼
Injury aside, we would have been more or less at the same point. I'll see what the physio says but worse case, I'm looking at the end of April as I have a two-week holiday before then. No point restarting before as I'd rather have an uninterrupted 9 weeks. Keep on watching!!
Well done Jude! You were ready and you nailed it✔😊
Brilliantly done, you will be smiling for days...
Onwards and upwards 😊x
well done, a good run to get under your belt
Slow and steady as you go and very well done
Well done on the game changer.
Show respect to the next run, it catches many out.
Congrats! I started on 8th January with a very similar experience. W5R3 is due on Friday!
