Enjoyed this week's second run. Found it a little bit tougher than run 1 but still ok. Looking forward to completing parkruns regularly when I reach graduation hopefully. Some way to go yet, but pleased with my progress so far and just enjoying the buzz of being out running πŸ˜€

Well done! You'll get there, especially if you've caught the running bug πŸ˜‚. Resist the urge to go faster- I nearly came unstuck in W7 trying to up the pace. Now I try to run so my breathing is easy all the way. Good luck! πŸ˜ƒ

Thanks - good advice! I'll aim for a steady pace and build on pace when i've completed week9 hopefully. πŸ‘

Well Done :) I also completed W4R2 today :) and I too found it harder than R1, but it turns out I ran almost a Km more over the same time (4.2k in 38 minutes - my pb), so I had run it faster without realising, which is good in a way I guess :) I signed up as a member of Parkrun a few days ago, and look forward to going in a couple of weeks, even if I'm not quite ready to run the whole way.

Excellent! Well done!πŸ˜€ I'll see how things go over the next few weeks. Was thinking of doing parkrun in a few weeks time as one of my runs maybe, or waiting until end of week 9 - I'll see how things progress.
