Just completed it - very quickly! Started off fast and had to slow down a lot! Got into my stride on second run and nailed the third - just looked at run 2 - 8 minutes????? Gulps

Well done! If you go SLOWLY you'll nail the sessions

The advice is to be slow . It's all about completing each session. Nothing else πŸ™‚πŸ‘βœ”οΈ

Well done..!!

I struggled more with the 3 x 5 minutes than I did with the 2 x 8 minutes. I'm finding the walks in between are becoming a nuisance πŸ™„

Don't worry about the longer runs, I'm sure you'll be absolutely fine if you take it slow and steady.

W5R3 for me today... 20 minutes... and I'm sooo looking forward to it.

Well done! And don't worry about the weeks ahead, take each run as it comes, and be sure to set off with the mindset that you CAN do it. This makes an incredible difference, trust me. And, in order to build stamina you need to run slowly and complete every run – so no need for speed! Take it nice and steady...

You are doing so well, keep it up, runner!

I know - I had a fast song playing and off I went in my own world - then I thought jo was telling me to walk - she was telling me that 2.5 mins were done - doh!!!
