Hello everybody and welcome to October !!

Please leave your username here for me so we can organise your well deserved graduation badge.

Please feel free to download and save the Graduation badge that has been kindly designed by RunaroundSue

We will try not to leave you waiting too long as we know how great they feel when they arrive.

We would like to clarify the position of earning your graduation badge.

To get your badge you will have completed the full training podcasts and be able to run for 30 min.

It does NOT matter if you cannot run 5km, you are a graduate after running 30 min for three times.

So it is fair to everybody, please do not ask for your badge until you have completed week 9 run 3

Its when you graduate from the 9 week programme- you can have a badge next to your name that says, 'graduate' . I hope that helps?

Hi! I THINK I am a graduate. Am a little confused on the 9 week program terminology. I have completed C25K in the app, which ends on W8R3 (5 minute warm up, then 30 minute run). I have now finished W9R2 on C210K, which is jog 10 + 1 minute walk x 4. Does this make me a C25K grad?

I was up and out the door at 5.15 this morning completing week 9 run 3, what a corker, first I put my sports bra on inside out, then just as I got into my stride my ipod armband came unclipped...twice, so I popped the ipod in my waistband must have put the volume button near the elastic in my trousers because it kept getting louder and quieter randomly and my ear buds wouldn't stay in, then I encountered an excitable barking dog (thankfully on a lead) near the end of the 30 minutes BUT I persevered and did it! So I'm sat at my desk treating myself to a celebratory lemon & ginger tea and a banana. Rock and roll

Didn't believe the day would ever come, I'm so pleased that the programme truly works and having had a big 5 day rest after Week 9 Day 2, the sore muscles were well and truly gone so I could enjoy my "big day". Managed to cover around 5.35km during the whole session (inc warm up and cool down walk). Planning to do a Parkrun as soon as I am able so I can get an official 5k time, as my tech gadgets are seriously letting me down!! And I am off to Jersey next week so hopefully I can get to run on the beach, that will be fun! Beyond that, I'm not sure what's next. Not sure I want to run further... maybe just kick back and enjoy the 30 minute runs for a week or two...
