Please leave your username here for me so we can organise your well deserved graduation badge. We will try not to leave you waiting too long as we know how great they feel when they arrive.
We would like to clarify the position of earning your graduation badge. To get your badge you will have completed the full training podcasts and be able to run for 30 min. It does NOT matter if you cannot run 5km, you are a graduate after running 30 min for three times.
So it is fair to everybody, please do not ask for your badge until you have completed week 9 run 3.

Hi my user name is homegroundrunner and I've completed more than three runs over the 30 mins but wanted to wait until I could do the full 5k which I did this morning in 39:56mins and very chuffed I was too!
Amazingly I have just completed run 3 week 9, no where near the 5k mark but still feel a sense of achievement as I am a very late starter! Plan is now to gradually up my speed and work towards 5k in 30 minutes. Think it will take me quite a while! This group is very motivational and I doubt I would have stuck with it without lurking in the background and reading the many posts.
Congratulations and well done. I'm still working on my speed to 5km/30min, main thing enjoy your runs, don't get too bogged down with other people's speed/times.
I finally completed my W9R3 on Friday afternoon after a week of unsuccessful runs. I was beginning to think that it had eluded me completely but persevered and now I have finally completed it! I feel great and will keep going until I too can actually run 5k. I am a Graduate!!! Yay!!!๐๐ป๐ค๐ค๐ค
Hi, I'm joy57, did my graduation run today and would really love to get my badge, thanks. Never dreamedI could do anything like this, the programme and forum support are amazing! Did it in 11 weeks - had a cold one week, and another week was on holiday, staying 1 night in each place, so couldn't run. Thanks all!
Hi! I'm lifelover55 and I completed my first 5K in September. I lost 2 1/2 stone before I started running which I'm really proud of. I did the Couch to 5K NHS programme and loved it. I'm running 5K to 6K 3 times a week and hoping to eventually get a 10K done.
Simonc25k please bear with us we are trying to give you your badge but we cannot find you in the system. I am going to get in touch with support and find out what is happening. I am so sorry you are having to wait but trust me as soon as I can give you your badge I will
Hi there. Indiscoot here. Just done W9R3 - so excited! Can now run for 30 minutes and have been lucky enough to hit 5k. It has been amazing and the start of my new life as a runner! Thank you. My
Thank you. Yes have completed all the podcasts and can run for thirty minutes and have done 3 times. Far from 5 k at the moment, but hope to improve on that.
Hi There Realfoodieclub, I have completed the C25K programme, and have continued with the C25K+ runs (three attempted, one successfully completed). I hope that I can now apply for, and be granted, my graduation badge? Please.
Wow that was fast. Thank you very much. Could I also say thanks for doing an admin job that means so much to so many people. I would not have completed this on my own. Best wishes.
Hi my username is Janec25k and I have now completed w9 r3! Yippee yippee, never thought I would be able to do this but I did, thanks to all you lovely people on this forum ๐๐๐๐๐
Hi, I completed my 3rd week 9 run this morning! So pleased - I couldn't imagine being able to run for 30 minutes when I started the programme. Now to work on getting up to 5k and a bit quicker (maybe that should be less slow!)
I have already messaged to say that my username is MVeganLatte and I did graduation run this morning, but I had previously tried to add my kids to this who have faithfully done every run with me through the whole course, and I thought I had done that. But when we tried to go on their accounts so that they could tell you that they had graduated also, we couldn't seem to make that happen??
Can I tell you their usernames, so that they could also be emailed medals? And have graduate added to their names? Can we make this happen? They are 9 and 12 and have worked so hard?
My daighter is 12 and called herself VeganLionCub and my son is 9 and called himself RaphGoesRunning?
Please can you help? they are very deserving of medals for their achievement <3
I can't give them as badge as thier names don't come up. I hope the post I have just put up helps and tell them well done from me and also Congratulations and well done to you and your sister.
OK, thanks. I only registered them a few days ago, because I didn't want them interacting on the forum, just wanted them to get their 'medals' so I obv messed it up in some way.
I still can't see anywhere where it says no kids? But anyway, we shall accept your congrats and enjoy our family achievement
Thanks for that nice post (altho my kids ages were reversed in that) - that did help
hi my username Britts4ever, completed c25k week 9 run 3 on the 16/10/2016 and then completed 6.2 miles in 1hr 5 mins the very next day 17/10/2016 best programme by far..can i have the badge please.
Hi - I completed my graduation run yesterday (run-VeeVee-run), wasn't sure I could do it after over a week been runs 2 & 3 but made it! Now to work on the reaching 5km in that time!
Whoop, whoop I did it ๐๐ Completed week 9 r3 this morning. Started out in July not having run since school (30 years ago!) & despite looking like a tomato at the end of each run, kept on going. Was too frightened to post before as I never considered myself a runner until Laura spoke those fab words a few weeks back. Big thanks to my 13 year old daughter & her friends who participated in my c25K journey. Also to the dog walkers on my route who gave encouragement too. Love reading these posts. You guys are an inspiration. Next up a Park Run. My user name is jervis7.
Graduated on Saturday at my local park run (time of 39:56, which I was very pleased about - I think that's a good start!). I did some walking, but only after my 30 minute run was done, and I finished up with a few minutes more of running. I've found this programme so helpful, particularly the podcasts with Laura and the so-bad-it's-almost-good music! I'm telling everyone I can about it, and how it has transformed me from someone who struggled to complete the 1 minute runs to someone who is now such a 'proper' runner I can do 30 minutes, and I see that as the start of my journey - I'm going to keep to the 30 minutes-ish during the week, but slowly increase my Saturday run and I'm really looking forward to it. Thanks so much to everyone on the forum - I haven't posted before and may not again, but I read, and appreciate all the supportive comments and helpful tips, I'm sure there's many silent lurkers like me, getting the benefit from the people brave enough to ask questions and seeing all the answers.
Just completed W9R3 and feeling really chuffed, albeit rather knackered at the moment. Aim is to get to 5k, then 5k in 30 mins - might take a while! My user name is CarolStr.
My user name is credding. Now using the audio fuel runs. Completed the Stamina run several times. Last two I have been able to complete just over 4 miles in the 35 minutes.
Hi I'm traisee. I've popped up in the forums a couple of times but always felt like it was still something I was only pretending to do! But I did w9r3 the second week of September and never told anyone! So can I join you in October?
I continue to run 30 minutes at least once a week. I got out of my own back garden for the first time last weekend and realised our flowers are more interesting than my street, but the distance over ground is good for me and it's my current challenge. I plan to join my local park run by the end of November.
