Please may I have a badge? I completed week nine back on June 30 but couldn't work out how to contact you (duh!). Loving running, I'm doing 20-30 mins every other day and loving the forum. Thank you one and all
Hi, on the forum they say, 'slow, slower & slower still', well after 21 weeks I have finally completed c25k & I'm well chuffed! Can I have my badge please?
After a couple of false starts I got my running head on and ran w9r3 on 1st August. I've tried a few different routes but my favourite is around Hillyfields (SE London) and then on flat for last part. I've read posts from others and they were the inspiration I needed to get out of bed in the morning and put on my running shoes.
I love reading this every day. There's a particularly steep part of Hillyfields I've always avoided. I've bought a Rocky t-shirt and am attacking that tomorrow! The thought of that Rocky scene kept me going when I was gasping.
Hello! I completed last month so I should also like to become a graduate please. I have been shy at posting hence this is my first one. I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who contributes to this forum as the words of encouragement and advice have been so helpful and inspiring. I am now happily running 30 mins regularly at my own pace. I still hate the first 5 minutes but know it will be fine once I get going!
Yay - I finished at last. I'm a runner!! Please could I have a badge.
On the last run I was confident enough to explore a bit and try a new path. Unfortunately, I got embroiled in a nettle /bramble patch! Still did it though - just had to extract myself and double back. Thank you to all on this forum. I really couldn't have done it without you all and, to be honest, I wouldn't have even tried without being able to see the step by step path to success.
Could you tell me if I qualify for a badge please?
I started the programme on the 23rd June and completed week 5 run 3 on the 14th July Since then I have just worked on my own trying to increase the length of time I run for. On the 17th I ran for 25 minutes and covered 3.59 km. I run on most days and on 20th ran for 5.07 km in 4:52 minutes. Since then I have been running at least five days a week and have focussed on increasing my speed to complete 5 km. Today I ran my usual route and covered 5.04km in 35:20 minutes which gives me a speed of 8.57 km/hour. My immediate goal is to graduate from jogging to running by getting my speed above 9 km/hour.
I appreciate that I havenβt followed the last part of the programme but I have run for over 30 minutes and covered 5k many more times than the three required to complete week 9. Either way thanks for the programme as I wouldn't have started running or have got to where I have without it
I have completed week 9, I have also carried on and run 44 mins to reach 5k! Loving life, such a sense of achievement! When I started never thought it would happen!!
Hi. I have amazed myself by completing the Couch to 5k programme today and I have discovered a love of running - I never 'got it' before, now I definitely do. Please may I have a badge. My username is Jorun

Woo, I got a badge and a certificate (to print at work when no one is watching) haha off to cheat a 5k tomorrow with a husky that pulls, it's a training dog that needs wearing out and socializing, win/win
Just completed the C25K program on W9R3! Can't quite believe it but sooooo excited and buzzing to have graduated and I would love to have a badge. Thank you all!

Hiya! I've finally reached the glorious day of graduation and achieved the mighty 30 minutes 5k! My user name is Lardofale (real name is Andrew if that's needed?!) and I'd be delighted to receive my shiny graduation badge!
I've just completed week 9...I guess that makes me a graduate. I honestly didn't think when I started that I would EVER be able to run for half an hour, but it looks like I was wrong. I couldn't be more pleased!!!!
Hi Ju-Ju, I completed w9 r3 on Saturday (Aug 12th) - on the beach on holiday - great way to finish!! C25K took me 13 weeks in total - I did weeks 5 and 8 a total of 3 times each, for some reason they were by far the hardest for me... but I'm so pleased to have done it. Planning to run 30 min 3 times a week now. Can I have my badge please? I've been a forum lurker and am super grateful for all the help and support here.
Wow just completed my 3rd 30 minute run. I'm thrilled. It's taken since April, with one restart in May due to injury. Slow and steady does it. Can't wait for my badge. Thank you
Hi, i finished couch to 5k on Thursday, completed all 27 runs and got to 5K (although it took me a lot longer than 30minutes!!!!! Never mind though, i did it!!) please could I have my graduation badge @bek2000
Hello; I completed week 9, run 3 yesterday (just over 4K) - may I have my badge please? I have thoroughly enjoyed the C25K programme and intend to build on my progress so far by continuing on to 10K. Although I haven't posted on the forum, I have visited daily and found the support and advice offered by its members invaluable as I have progressed through the plan.
Hi Ju-ju...I am a newbie on the forum but have logged on daily for the encouragement and support from those who post regularly. I am proud to say I am finally a graduate. I am completed my 3rd run of week 9 yesterday 20/08/17... (distance 4.73km) . I could never have seen it to the end without the "wise words" from fellow runners on this forum...Thank YOU fellow runners! Very excited to finally call myself a runner too..Yeep yeep! I am looking forward to continuing with regular runs and hopefully being brave enough to to do a park run in the near future. My username is Lulue.
Hi, I would like a badge please, I have only just found this forum, I completed 5k some while ago using the app, in fact yesterday I completed my first 7k, couch to 5k has changed my life.
Hi, ju-ju- , I just noticed that my graduation badge has disappeared, can you reinstate it, please? (I graduated in April.) For some reason, from time to time the website asks me to follow the community, as if I haven't done before, and I have to go back to the home page and click on Follow. Maybe this has something to do with it. Thanks!
Hi ju-ju- , I think I sent a message earlier but something went wrong ! I completed week 9 on Friday and full 5k this morning. My user name is little-anne
Hi Juju - so keen to give you my username I didn't even say good morning please or thank you! So lest try again. Good morning! Please may I have my graduation π¨βπ badge for completing C25k? Many thanks & keep up the great work - I never thought that I would do this!! πππ
Hi I graduated in June but have not requested a badge. I have continued to run 3 times a week and I have completed 1 Park Run. I can run the 30 minutes but I don't always complete 5k. I would have been one of those people who would have rolled their eyes if anyone said they enjoyed running. I have surprised myself and now look forward to those morning runs. Thank you.
