I've seen your comments about the music you all listen too when running, do you have specific apps or just downloading music to your phones? I have albums downloaded to my phone but am getting bored with them now x

I download tracks to my IPod Nano shuffle which has been with me on my whole running life ๐
My phone has all my favourite music on it. When I run with music (not every run by any means) it is just set to shuffle and off I go.
for me, BBC iplayer radio - I let someone else pick the choons or I'd be there forever putting together a playlist! Or I listen to a comedy show for a distracting laugh (though you look a bit mad running and giggling)
Hiya does this use up alot of data
A three hour (not that you need all that!) music radio show seems to be about 140MB, talk radio/comedy is smaller - can you download over wifi in advance? Not sure how that changes if you stream it. I could check tomorrow as I've promised myself a run!
I use Apple Music. Iโve now created my own playlist which is well over an hour. There are also loads of running albums and playlists on there to suit all sorts of tastes. I particularly like the โrunning to pop musicโ one
I have an mp 3 player. I don't normally like country music but I find I quite like running to it., stand by yurrrrr man ๐ I love that one. Oh and Jolene
I have Spotify on iPhone and there are plenty of running albums to download. Iโm using a ministry of sound one at the moment
I fancy trying that one too, ๐
You can get the app free, for a length of time (I forgot) but the music is interrupted with adverts which isnโt good, so I just subscribed to the next level. I love the app. Iโve also learnt that trance (I think it called, I call it rave music ๐) has a really good beat for running! But what ever you enjoy and gets you going is best for you. Enjoy !
I use the Ultimate Marathon Mix on Apple Music Pop, on shuffle.
I downloaded an Audiofuel marathon thing yesterday - Run Free, The Second Hour. Electro pop, designed to run to. Not my kind of music but it worked. It was a bit hypnotic, no lyrics to bother about, and I did get lost in it. The run flew by ๐
I have Spotify! I make wee playlists! Elbow my favourite at moment! Never run without my music!๐
I use Amazon Music, Iโm slowly adding tracks to my โrunningโ playlist as I go. Itโs funny as itโs not the sort of music Iโd listen to at home!
