After getting a bit fed up of the lovely Laura's taste in music on the podcasts, decided to download the app - slight problem, I had no music on my phone! Much googling later, have also downloaded an app which lets you download music to your phone (rather than streaming, which uses up your mobile data). Now I have a marvellous bouncy soundtrack to run to - wow, what a difference it makes! So uplifting, I even had a silly smile on my face as I ran!😁 And it's lovely to hear all those old tunes again. Hope this will make the next run a bit easier (25 minutes - eek!)

Have to agree as I didn't like Laura's taste in music.
I do the same as you and have my own tunes which is much better. Have quite a few cringy ones from the 90's mixed in there too!
Ha ha! Wasn't going to reveal my dodgy musical tastes, but what the heck - a mixture of Motown, disco and 80s/90s dance music - I am bouncing round the park!! 😁
Ooh that sounds a good sound track! Where did you find it?!

I’ve just found Spotify (but too tight to pay) and have played some of the playlists, so I know that silly smile when you hear a tune you haven’t heard for a while. But I nearly broke into a spluttering cackle when Jilted John came on 😂🤣

Listening to music whilst exercising certainly makes a difference. I've just bought an underwater MP3 player so that I can listen to music while I swim... Can't wait to try it out next week in the pool!!
That's so cool! 😁
