Anyone else having problems with music? I open the music app then go onto my Couch to 5k app open up the press the box icon when it says play your music now.
I have downloaded Spotify then Amazon Music and when I'm 5 mins down the road it stops. Phone says no connection
Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas how to solve?
My guess would be that there's no data connection in that area where you run. The above mentioned apps do streaming from the network rather than playing files off your device, so if network connection is lost, then there's no way for the apps to "reach" for the source to play back. Try storing some old school offline files on your device and play them back.
P. S. Edited the sentence, as I've missed a word there.
NHS podcasts with nice gym type music are on iTunes covering the C25K programme. No good if you want your own music but keeps it simple. Download your run week to your iTunes library fully to play off line, deleting when ready for your next run week download. Music synchronises to run announcements right to the end. I manually ‘do’ the run in the C25K app so the week count stays right.
