Do any of you listen to music on your runs? And if so what.

I did for the first week but now I like listening to my breathing as it helps me to maintain my run. When I listened to music it was spotify's UK top 50.

I want to drown out the sound of my breathing as I think I sound like an asthmatic donkey 🤣🤣

When I am out running I usually listen to music from Spotify or the tick, tick, of the metronome app I have to keep a even pace when running, if I set it at 160 beats/cadence /steps a minute I will run a 5K in 45 minutes, if it's at 180, it will be around 30/31 minutes, most times I run, I set it at a more comfortable 175 cadence that way I usually run at 33 minutes for a 5K.

Usually rock or classical when I run.

I use Spotify.

Thanks for your replies, I’ll have to look into Spotify.
